The Nature Park is a fantastic place to work and offers unique and rewarding job opportunities in a variety of areas including: administration, education, environment, sales and marketing, research and retail. We are based at four distinct attractions on Phillip Island: The Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Centre, Churchill Island Heritage Farm and the Nobbies Centre.

Volunteer with us

Phillip Island Nature Parks has an exciting volunteer program which is open to the public. Our amazing volunteers assist the Nature Park with conservation, environment and education projects such as: wildlife protection and rehabilitation, revegetation, heritage conservation and school holiday programs.
