Teachers Re qualification The best way to do your re-quals is with Phillip Island Nature Parks Life Saving Victoria and Phillip Island Nature Parks have formed a partnership to deliver your annual re-qualifications in both Level 2 First Aid and the Surf Rescue Certificate. The advantage of this program is that it is specifically targeted at teachers and delivered by motivated, enthusiastic presenters that have real-life hands on experience in the local environment.
