Overlooking the Bass Strait, the Nobbies boasts spectacular clifftop views. Follow the road past the Penguin Parade, through the scenic Summerland Peninsula, until you reach the very tip of the peninsula. Explore the winding boardwalks (500m in length) and see the explosive blowhole in action. Gaze out to the Nobbies rock formations and beyond to Seal Rocks, home of Australia's largest fur seal colony. You may even spot a migrating whale in the right season.
Visiting the penguin parade? Check our penguin arrival calendar to see what time they come ashore each night of the year, so you can plan a Nobbies visit beforehand.
Please note: Our Nobbies Centre and Antarctic Journey are currently closed due to physical distancing restrictions. The boardwalks are open and free to use.
