Hooded Plover Watch Workshop

The summer of 2015/16 was a record breaking year for Phillip Island’s population of Hooded Plovers, a threatened shorebird species that lives and breeds on many of our local beaches. A volunteer recruitment drive is underway, starting with a training workshop to be held on Saturday 10 December at the Penguin Parade’s Education Pods, commencing at 9.00am.
