Mums ‘n’ Kids camping weekend

How does a weekend outdoors without smart-phones, tablets, phablets and lap-tops sound? If that sounds like a great plan, then it’s time for Mum and the kids to pack their bags, grab the tent and spend a couple of fun-filled days of safe, supervised camping with a whole bunch of great activities!

Following the resounding success of our Dads ‘n’ Kids weekends, Phillip Island Nature Parks is hosting its inaugural Mums ‘n’ Kids weekend at Churchill Island Heritage Farm, located only 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne.

This weekend will give kids a great opportunity to spend some fun, quality time outdoors with their Mums and include camping, ranger-led activities across the Nature Parks, and an exclusive night-time excursion.

One of the real highlights of the Mums ‘n’ Kids weekend is an exciting night-time Koala Prowl. Combine this with arts and crafts, games, farm activities and damper making, and you have all the ingredients for a wonderful weekend in the great outdoors. With all the food provided, Mum gets a chance to sit back and relax while others do the cooking for her.

Spaces are limited for this great mother and child event, so book now to avoid disappointment.
